❌ Change of Mind & Sizing

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing

Change of mind

Please check sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

👉 Contact us within 7 days of delivery

👉 Include your order number and clear photos

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

📦 Replacements

If approved:

A replacement item will be sent free of charge

No need to return the original item

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued if:

The item is confirmed faulty

A replacement cannot be provided

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items ordered in the wrong size

Change of mind

Incorrect address entered at checkout

📍 Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is entered:

We are not responsible for lost orders

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
